What counts as a call minute?: Any time the AI is on a live call with a caller counts toward your monthly minutes. Hold time, hang-ups, and voicemail drops do not count.
Can I change plans later?: Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the Billing section of your dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee or contract?: No setup fee and no annual contract. GospelCall is month-to-month — pay only while you're using it.
What happens if we go over our minutes?: Your service continues uninterrupted. Additional minutes are billed at the overage rate for your plan and appear on your next invoice.
